Workmanship Warranty: This is Fraley Roofing’s warranty. It covers the actual work performed by Fraley Roofing but not the materials used on the project. The specifics of this warranty are outlined on the contract that you signed. Fraley Roofing offers some of the best warranties in the business.
Material Warranty: This warranty is issued by the shingle manufacturer and covers the material that was used.
- Standard material warranty comes with all shingles. Different manufacturers offer different warranties. Ask your representative about yours.
- We are able to offer UPGRADED MATERIAL WARRANTIES through CertainTeed and Atlas. These are the best warranty available and must be chose prior to the beginning of your project. There is usually an additional cost involved but well worth the investment!
