Fraley roofing was fast, friendly, reasonable, and responsive! As soon as I called them, they assessed my wind torn shingles and had a guy out that day to repair them before the coming storm. The next week we had an additional wind storm and all their work was tested against the elements and held up perfectly!

This is the best roofing company this side of heaven! They have helped me when a tree limb knocked out my skylight from a storm and repaired around it, now they go and do me a roof that my wife just loves! She happy I sho nuff happy! I cannot say enough good things about this family owned company. I have a difficult roof and they did an excellent job for me. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They went above and beyond the usual roofers. Believe me, I know. The last company I hired did a very poor job and I had numerous leaks. I had to threaten to sue them to get them to come and fix them and the roof did not last. You will not have that problem with this company.

The pricing was very competitive and they came out and replaced our roof within 48 hours of insurance approval. Their crew was very fast and proficient. They were done in slightly more than one day. Cody, Dawson, Joe and crew were very professional and personable throughout the process. From start to finish communication was great, when I had questions Cody was there to answer them. Joe kept in contact before the project started, he contacted me and made me aware of the requirements for their equipment, the crews schedule, the pick up of their equipment and final inspection. Cody and Joe made me aware that my roof (attic space) wasn’t being vented and having vents would help significantly. We discussed details and we agreed moved forward and install ridge vents. The crew worked hard and completed the job on schedule. The process was smooth for my family.
My wife made me aware that Dawson came around as the crew was working and checked on the progress of the job ensuring things were going well! The experience we felt with Fraley Roofing Inc. was an AMAZING experience, they really care about their customers. We felt like a part of their family. Not to mention a person from the crew helped my wife (he didn’t have to, but it was from the kindness of his heart) carry the stroller up the porch stairs making it easier for her.
