Our material warranties on commercial projects can range from 10 years for roof coatings, to 15 years up to a Lifetime warranty on roofing membranes (TPO and PVC). The material warranty period is determined by the product you select for your project.
In addition to the material warranty, Fraley Roofing will always include a workmanship (labor) warranty ranging from 1-5 years. Our manufacturing partners also provide an all-inclusive option, covering both labor and material, this is commonly called a full system warranty.
