From start to finish communication was great, when I had questions Cody was there to answer them. Joe kept in contact before the project started, he contacted me and made me aware of the requirements for their equipment, the crews schedule, the pick up of their equipment and final inspection. Cody and Joe made me aware that my roof (attic space) wasn’t being vented and having vents would help significantly. We discussed details and we agreed moved forward and install ridge vents. The crew worked hard and completed the job on schedule. They replaced my roof four years ago (February 2020) and it is still doing great! Easy to work with, super honest. Several previous people had patched and re-patched my chimney, and it was a mess. Fixing it was not part of Fraley's job, but they gave it a shot, making it clear that they couldn't guarantee, and my chimney has not leaked for four years now. They improved the connection to my existing back porch roof, too. Great people, and they cleaned up perfectly afterward.

After a neighbor found 2 shingles off my roof, I contacted my insurance agent for a roofing referral. He gave me Joe Dye's name as a contact at Fraley Roofing. Joe touched base with me the next day, set up a time to come out that same day, inspected and presented a contract for repair the same day, and then came back that same day for the relatively minor repair in the great scheme of roofing things. A paid invoice was emailed shortly thereafter. I was very pleased.

Got hit hard by the recent storm (80 mph winds), blowing off several shingles. Contacted Roger Fraley Sunday evening and he had a crew over to make repairs Monday morning. Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Matt, the crew foreman was really on top of things. As a note the cost of repairs was about half what I had expected. Great Job Fraley Roofing!!

My dad was 88 years old and a veteran at the time of his roof repair. We thought it would be a simple patch but they ended up replacing the roof. It was very old and it was time. They quickly returned my phone call, came and gave an estimate and got the roof completed in a timely manner. They were extremely respectful of my dad’s military service and offered his discount. They were professional and great towork with and I highly recommend them.
