Project Details:
This commercial roofing project started with tearing off 175,000 square feet of an old asphalt roof system. Due to the building housing highly sensitive labs and research equipment, work had to be coordinated around laboratory schedules. With 200 dumpsters full of tear off debris and 47 semi truck deliveries, work was performed 7 days a week to get this project wrapped up in a timely manner.
A fully insulated tapered ISO system was installed along with a grey Johns-Manville TPO membrane. New Metal-Era Coping metal was installed on the parapet walls, and the existing glass clerestory was reglazed.
