This customer needed a cost effective way to provide a worry free 20yr labor and 20yr material warranty to their tenants. Our proposed solution was to install a new roof system over existing roof system while cutting cost by negating removal of the old roof system. This project was unique in that it took careful coordination considering the multiple tenants.
